  The receptionist is like 100 years old, and is just utterly and completely rude. Absolutely no customer service skills at all. Vehicle had more problems coming out of their workshop than it had going in.
  
  There are plenty of much better and 'professional' auto mechanics in the area, it's just best to avoid this mob.
